It includes: Skin Vit A+ (28 hard capsules), Skin Antioxidant (28 hard capsules), Skin Omegas+ (28 soft capsules), Skin Asta-Boost (28 soft capsules), and CoQ10+ (28 hard capsules).
A combination of plant nutrients, fatty acids, CoQ10, pine bark extract and astaxanthin with vitamins, including Vitamin A to maintain healthy skin and Vitamin D to support cell renewal.

How to take

- WARNING: If you are pregnant – or considering becoming pregnant – do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents – Vitamin A can cause birth defects.
- The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
- Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
- This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
- Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken.
- Store below 25°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
