CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on our nutritional products. Before proceeding with the purchase, you must carefully consider your purchase and consult with your healthcare provider or general practitioner to ensure the product is suitable for you. We apologise for any inconvenience.

OTHER RETURNS

In the unlikely event that your product is received faulty or there is a problem with the order, we will provide you with an exchange, store credit or refund (as applicable).

  • Contact with the Advanced Nutrition Programme must be made within 14 days of the product receipt.
  • Returning the product requires it to be in its original condition, unopened and unused, just as you received it.
  • You will be required to cover the cost of return shipping.

Advanced Nutrition Programme™ Australia reserves the right not to offer an exchange, store credit or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect by you.

How to Submit a Return:
To make a return, simply follow these steps:
  1. Sign into Your Customer Profile: Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Go to 'Orders': Navigate to the 'Orders' section in your account.
  3. Select the Relevant Order: Find and click on the order number that includes the item(s) you wish to return.
  4. Initiate the Return: On the top right-hand side of the screen, you'll see a 'Returns' button. Click on it to open the return process.
  5. Select Items to Return: Choose the item(s) you want to return from the list.
