I loved using these supplements! The little tear off pods were so convenient. I noticed my skin looked plump and hydrated and happy after taking the full month's course. But the biggest thing I noticed was my nails and my hair! My gosh the length that my nails grew and how strong they felt. Wow! And my hair felt great and looked full and hydrated. Definitely recommend!

I have been using the Advanced Nutrition Programme for the recommended 1 month programme. It is so beautifully packaging, and everything is wrapped perfectly for each daily dose which I take with a main meal for maximum absorption and effect. Before I started the routine, my hair was dry and dull. My nails weren't too bad, they naturally are very strong. My skin is poor though, its dull, has lines and wrinkles, and many other problems which I am currently adressing, such as having 2 BCC cancers removed from my forehead and my ear. I also still have some breakoits and I'm menopausing so I am hot one minute, freezing cold the next. My skin and hair have noticed the most changes, My hair is not as dry, and now lasts 2 days between washes and it's shinier and healthy looking. My skin is also looking better, it's more awake, I do not sleep well, but now I do look more rested and hydrated. My skin looks much better and I look forward to using this more and seeing the continued results with long term use.

I absolutely loved trialling Skin Ultimate. In less than a week I noticed differences. I’m 55 and obviously have aging skin, there wasn’t any sunscreen around when I was a kid so my skin is also sun damaged. My skin looked better and felt better. I'm in my 30s, oily/combination skin and have adult acne. I live on the Gold Coast QLD, so the weather can be quite challenging for my skin. I am also a shift worker and my diet consists of lots of coffee and redbull and lack of sleep. Honestly these supplements are a lifesaver. I struggle as it is to have a consistent skin routine - 9 steps when I have the time, and frequently have breakouts, dull skin and redness. Since taking these supplements my skin appears smoother, my pores look less noticeable, my face isn't as red/irritated and have less breakouts and my skin isnt as oily. I've now cut down on my skin care products from 9 steps to 3 steps and my skin has never looked better. Honestly give it a go even for a month and you will see the difference.
